In 2022, InVivo has initiated an integration and co-construction program to achieve a shared corporate project.
When InVivo acquired Soufflet, #DaringTogether was designed to ensure the employees' gradual integration into the new entity. In 2022, employees were asked to submit their ideas on a collaborative platform, to submit photos in a contest on the theme of "the virtuous circle in agriculture", and to share their vision of the future of the group and its business units.
