InVivo has undertaken an essential transformation of its corporate governance to ensure that it is adapted to the context in which the group is evolving, to the new social, environmental and regulatory challenges, and to the diversification of its business units. Given its responsibilities in supporting the agricultural transition and food sovereignty, InVivo is taking a long-term view of its governance, strengthening its structures and improving their organization.
InVivo's governance reflects the interests of its member cooperatives and their farmers, its employees and its stakeholders. It demonstrates the group's ability to evolve, to withstand crises and structural upheavals, to grow and to be a long-term player. The Union InVivo brings together 185 agricultural cooperatives. Its governance is organized around a Board of Directors and an Executive Committee. The Chairman of the Union is backed by 7 vice-presidents whose role is to support and promote the group's strategy to all stakeholders including the operational teams.
