Despite the crises, the increasingly complex socio-economic context and the many expectations of its stakeholders, InVivo's ambition to accompany and facilitate the transformation of the French farm and to support European food sovereignty has not changed and guides its main orientations and business strategy. The diversification of its activities around four main verticals - trading, agriculture, agri-food and retail - strengthens the group's resilience and independence and is the key to its ambitions.
InVivo's strategy is based on a unique model, a balanced combination of cooperative practices and a market economy. Today, InVivo wants to make each of its business units a leader by relying on the following performance drivers: the expertise of its teams; innovation to meet the needs of farmers and consumers; the renewal of its financing models; the development of integrated value chains; and the consolidation of economic flows between its stakeholders.
InVivo, which became a mission-driven company in 2020, operates across the entire agricultural value chain and is a European leader in each of its business units. In 2022, following the integration of the Soufflet group, InVivo has launched the co-construction of its 2030 by InVivo plan with its ecosystem. The 2030 business strategies will be unveiled as the year 2023 progresses, and will be compiled in a white paper to be published at the InVivo annual convention.
